With nearly a decade of civil engineering experience, William Gillen has contributed to land development and roadway projects throughout the Tri-Cities region and surrounding communities. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, Idaho, and Montana, William brings practical engineering expertise and a commitment to delivering successful projects from concept through construction.
Unlike larger firms where projects are often passed between multiple staff members, clients work directly with William throughout the life of their project. This hands-on approach ensures clear communication, responsive service, and engineering solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
William believes the best engineering solutions are developed not only in the office, but also in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with contractors, inspectors, equipment operators, and construction crews to understand the realities of construction. He values input from the professionals who ultimately build the projects and incorporates practical field experience into the design process whenever possible.
